Fox R&D?

So from a friend of mine who plays Marth I heard he was in a Marth R&D (Research and Development) skypegroup. He told me he was sure Fox had one as well. I couldn't really find a link to who to contact for that though. So I thought let's just make a thread asking about it. Does a Fox R&D exist and if so can I join it? If not are there people willing to start up a Fox R&D?

We don't even have a Skype group. Our forums seem to be a lot more undeveloped than other top tiers. Instead of R and D we should just start a general Skype group, more people would get interested that way. Gotta keep pushing the Fox forum metagame.
