Fox or Falco? (Melee)

People are always debating who is the better spacey, Fox or Falco.
Lately lots of people have been saying Falco is Melee's best. However, I have to disagree. I think what makes Fox Melee's best is the speed and maneuverability he has that Falco does not. Also, if you are a highly technical player there is much more you can do with Fox. Sure Falco has the better lasers and the better dair, but overall I feel like Fox is faster and has more options.
