anyway, someone on the irc told me shine usmash is char dependant. no, it works on all characters

no, it is char dependent.

Dash shine upsmash works on all characters.

non-dash shine works on 1/2 to 2/3 of the cast

ok, i didnt kno u meant shine usmash without dashing, yea dashing works on all characters

idk its odd though, i was able to do drill shine usmash very rarely on characters that even standing shine usmash doesnt work on
