You can ''infinate'' against a wall until your fingers get tired. lol. I just shorthop drill shine repeat and upsmash if I get the chance.

With fox though I like to play safe rather than going for multiple waveshine fanciness because smash DI upwards >>> shine craziness.

I just get the grab/dashattack/usmash out of my waveshine and combo from there, works well enough. :)

You can't infinite characters that fall down (ie: Kirby, Fox, Roy, etc.). You just can't. Once they hit the wall, they gain a few invincibility frames, making it impossible to follow up, and even if you're able to, they'll hit the ground almost instantly and be able to tech.

Here are the characters that fall down from the shine (unless they DI/crouch cancel): Falco, Fox, Kirby, Young Link, Pichu, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, Game & Watch, Roy

I sort of trapped my opponent on Pokemon Stadium yesterday. In the little pocket of the rock version of the stage, I kept drill shining and shielding. then when he either attacked, got up, or tech rolled, I'd drillshine from my shield again. I got him to like 200 by just doing that over and over again.

Fox can infinite shinefallers if they miss the first tech.
