FOV Modification + Vertical FOV codes needed

I want to request the code that handles the vertical field of view and the one linked to horizontal as well. I'm sure there's a 16:9 code that is adjustable for Dolphin and the "DOL" file which is only horiztonal. This one I can change it to make it about a 1:1 code or a zoomed out 4:3 camera (which is combined from 16:9 in horizontal). I want these codes for Action Replay and the ASM code where this can be injected or overwritten in the "DOL".
