[FORMULA] Convert frames into seconds (MELEE NTSC)

Do you believe this formula is accurate?

No offense but this is just basic unit conversion and you are making it more complicated than it needs to be. s=(16.66666667*F)/1000 isn't needed because16.66666667/1000 is equivalent to 1/60. That simplifies your formula to F/60. All you have to do is take the number of frames something is and divide it by 60 to get how many seconds (or fractions of seconds) it is. For example 52 frames would be 52/60 which is 13/15 which is .866666. The same number you got with a lot less calculations than you did.

And in all honesty, it's easier to think of things in game as frames anyways so aside from trivia on long moves (like knowing Roy's flare blade takes 3.5 seconds to charge) thinking of moves in seconds isn't very useful.

Thanks for the feedback I just started working on frame data and stuff like that so I'm still pretty bad at this stuff lol
