For those of you who didn't know, you can still do reverse needles

I tried this out and it was hard to get the timing down. Would you mind clarifying whether you tap on the control stick in the opposite direction right before or after the first b-press or second b-press.
Right before the first B press. It's actually possible to do a turnaround neutral B simply by slightly tilting the control stick in the other direction.

I don't have any video equipment, sorry. You can look it up on youtube in melee, its not different at all.
