For those of you having microstutter issues in dolphin / False FPS

I fixed this issue by turning frame limiting OFF instead of on AUTO and turning vsync on. I don't know why this fixes the issue but it helped me.

I came here looking for a fix. Mine started working fine after I switched it to fullscreen mode rather than windowed
