it's really character and percent dependent.
on semi-floaties and floaties, at higher mid to high percents, you can often get a dacus after the jab, which might be enough to kill with.
on fast fallers, at really low percents, you can often times dash grab and do things from there.
generally, at low-mid percents, you can get dash attack or d/ftilt out rather safely and reliably.
overall, it's more of a gtfo/space clear move than a combo starter.

I like to dash attack after jab. It works on a lot of people at a wide percentage range.

It really depends on the character and percent. On some characters I like to dash grab, on some I'll just back out.
