Generally you want to put your Nature up by the EVs to make it easier to read.

You also want your lead (which I'm guessing is Infernape and not Gengar) as the first pokemon on the team.

As far as your actual team goes, I don't see any reason for Energy Ball as opposed to HP Fire or Explosion on Gengar. Ground types aren't a problem for it since they're usually not specially bulky and you have 2 water attacks anyway. Any water type will be killed with Thunderbolt except Swampert, who you can Shadow Ball since they're usually not bulky or explode on him if you're using Explosion. Rock types are covered by Focus Blast - against Aerodactyl it would be better to use Thunderbolt probably but Tyranitar will take a lot of damage from it even in a sandstorm. HP Fire is a good way of dealing with steel types that could threaten your team after Infernape dies and Explosion can help against physically weak things your team might be having trouble with. Note though that if you use Explosion it would be a good idea to use a Hasty nature instead of Timid.

Scizor looks fine.

I like Latias but if you're like me you'll probably get tired of that EV spread and instead use the 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe build that hits harder. But if you want to keep it defensive you should consider Recover or Wish to improve its tanking ability.

Umbreon seems a little redundant to me. You already have a trapper in Scizor so you don't really need another one. If you're just looking to spread status and pass wishes, try out Jirachi. He generally uses paralysis instead of Toxic but that's just as good considering how your team is highly offensive and bring down your opponent's speed is very important.

Infernape looks fine.

Swampert looks fine, but why not just dump it all into SpD? It's not like there's anything physical that threatens Swampert aside from Breloom's Seed Bomb. And if you do run into a Breloom, let Swampert absorb the Spore and switch to something that can hit it better like Gengar (another reason to run HP Fire on him) or Scizor. It also goes without saying that Vaporeon walls this moveset, but you have Gengar to deal with her.

Solid team but please format it better next time.
