FireFox Help.

For some reason while browsing through FireFox a random window will pop up and ask me for some kind of dial up connection info or dsl connection info.

It pretty much halts EVERYTHING I do in firefox and will come up randomly while I'm watching youtube videos or anything. Can anyone suggest a fix to this?
I called my internet provider and they told me I might have a virus. I ran a scan and two and still nothing.

I actually did that a few times before, but that was mainly to fix the connection. I can try it again.. but to make sure were on the same page you mean to unplug my modem for a bit, right?

If so I already did..
