Fireballs hitting an opponent at the very tip of the ledge no longer pushes them off, and helps keep them in range for dsmash.
An approaching short hop fireball > Dsmash works on standard get-up. I've also gotten it to work on opponents hanging and ledge jumping, but the optimal positioning seems different (and less safe) Though it's so fast it's largely gotta be buffered.
