Recently I worked on a quiz that would help new players maybe figure out what character to try first. Even if you already play, or if you'rejust getting into it; if you wanted to give my quiz a shot, I'd appreciate it. Any changes I'll mark here in the OP! Hope it is helpful.

Added questions 11 and 12, relating to size and floaty-ness.
Made more differentiation in Link and Young Link.
Made more differentiation in Marth and Roy.

Plans:
Add more character overlap.
Find out how to rearrange questions, as 11 and 12 are sort of misplaced.
Add videos for each result for follow-up learning.

Yeah... I took this quiz just now and got . Now, I still prefer to main & but I cannot ignore the fact that his wavedash makes him much faster than he looks and that's what I like most about him. I'll consider making him a secondary, so...

Spacies (Falco primarily) and...Yoshi. That one caught me off guard. Could definitely see that just as a sort of "secondary." Though as a current fox main, the lack of OOS is overwhelmingly disappointing.

I got doc, very interesting with other possibilities of mario, luigi, falcon and marth. While im not crazy about luigi and falcon I definitely like doc and mario. Might start putting more work into doc and mario.

One thing that I thought was weird though was looking at my results and seeing peach was a possibility in 7 out of the 12, while marth was 5 out of the 12, but wasnt recommended peach and was recommended marth, kinda weird.

Notes:
Some characters are harder to get to than others. I think that's reflective of the actual landscape of characters, but I don't want this to be selling people on tiers either. Will think on this.

I got Peach. Interesting result. It did say Samus as another possibility, but I like Samus the most. I like characters who can space with projectiles. I also like characters with a good neutral or ones that require patience or defense. That and I just love Metroid. Mewtwo is still my secondary hehe

I actually got mario as first possibility. Probably a bug in the site .

As second I got captain falcon and marth... I am actually used to main him in smash4 and maybe I'll play him on melee... For marth it's actually my "temporarly main", not sure if I really want him.

i main her in 64 but ganon in melee.. close enough i guess?
