Ok, in this thread everyone has the opportunity to get creative with Final Smashes. There has already been much debate with what characters will be in/out of Brawl yet we need to remember that more than likely all characters will have a final smash of some sort. Basically suggest a character and a final smash that would suit. Also if a character who has been announced hasn’t got a final smash then suggest one, who knows you might just be close to the real thing, once its announced.
Ok heres an example.
I believe that Jigglypuff and Ganondorf will both return to Brawl so I’ll suggest a final smash for them both.
Jigglypuff: Hyper Voice: Jigglypuff screams and sends out 3 sequential soundwaves outwards in a circular fashion. The sound waves have great pushing capability and varying damage capability depending on how close the fighter is to Jigglypuff. Most effective when Jigglypuff is positioned in the centre of the stage and close to rival fighters, works extremely well on characters with weak recovery capability. Jigglypuff learns Hyper Voice in the more recent Pokemon games.
Ganondorf: Ganon Transformation: Ganondorf glows in a dark light and transforms into the horrific huge beast Ganon (more likely his Ocarina of Time model). While in Ganon form Ganondorf is practically invincible with powerful attacks to boot. While in this mode he can take damage but is so heavy that he will not get knocked off by any move, he may even have certain special moves that are only available in this form. He will remain in this state for 15-20 secs and then transform back into Ganondorf. Extremely effective on light characters as it is almost an instant KO upon a hit, ineffective against fast characters as with increased size come decreased speed. In more recent Zelda games the Ganondorf final fight normally includes a Ganon beast fight, so it is relevant.
And here's one for a character that is widely believed will not appear in Brawl (well not by herself anyway), Dixie Kong
Dixie Kong: Animal Buddy: One of three animal buddies appear to help out Dixie Kong, these three include; Squawk the parrot, Elle the elephant or Rambi the Rhino. They are picked at random so it’s a surprise but all have advantages and disadvantages.
Squawk: Flies in and picks up Dixie Kong, now you control Squawk and have the ability to and cough up coconuts at foes and even fly! The coconuts are a fairly strong ranged weapon and you can follow your knocked off foes and continue to knock them further off the stage. Dixie is not invincible while on Squawk so a strong hit will dislodge her. This is a major disadvantage as your final smash can be cut short.
Elle: Dixie hops on Elle and now rides the elephant. Elle can trample foes to inflict some damage and can squirt water at foes to send them a good distance but not damage foes. Elle has got decent speed and can be effective against characters with poor recoveries, however she is not deviating and without proper strategy can be almost completely ignored.
Rambi: Dixie hops on Rambi and chaos begins! Rambi is extremely slow and cannot jump high but if he catches a character they will receive major damage and go flying. Rambi can also charge up and dash at enemies but beware, if they dodge or Rambi hits nothing, Rambi will keep going even if it means running off the edge. Rambi is effective against characters that are slow or even stupid enough not to dodge but can also be a danger to himself as well.
All of Dixie Kong’s buddies will stay around for 15-30 secs so use them wisely. With a little luck and strategy Dixie Kong’s final smash is capable of turning a battle around. All animal buddies have appeared in the Donkey Kong Series and have had vital roles within certain levels.
Let me remind you these are predictions of mine and the actual final smashes may be completely different. If you want get creative and have a go yourself. Also i did not copy these off any other site so don’t bother looking, they are original and my own personal ideas for the game.
