Final Smash

I was reading todays update on Smash Dojo, the official Nintendo Wii SSBB site, and I found out theres an item thats called the "Final Smash". Its pretty much a extreemely strong attack that can be pulled off once a match by using an item. (I.E Mario's little blitz of red in the movies, now officially called the Mario Finale)

Heres the question: Should this be an item that is legitimate and allowed in future SSBB tournaments? Yes or No? Why or Why not! Leave your opinion and a supportive reason why you think that way.
