Final Smash!!!!!!!!!!!!....help

I have a hard time killing my enemies with his final smash...please help this lost final smashed soul.

Mario's FS is mediocre. You're going to have to set his up to kill people with it. Go to the center of a stage (hopefully you're not playing on a big one like New Pork City or something) and make sure it can carry them all the way to the side of the screen.

Mario's Final Smash is terrible if your opponent has any grasp of DI. To get the full effect of this Final Smash and possibly score a few KOs, hit your target with the BOTTOM of the attack and must be at least halfway across the level to the border. The purpose for this is Mario's Final Smash cannot last any entire stage. To ensure that the fire doesn't die out before you've killed your opponent. The attack carries your opponent upward, but they're trapped until they're at the top from all the way at the bottom where you initially hit them.. When your opponent is finally in position to escape the attack, they should have been KO'd.

Well u really got to know when to use it. Never do it while standing on the platform. Do it mid air to get more bang for your buck. I think is awesome.

Youve got to throw them off the stage and jump in the air and use it while close to the ledge, if their in the fire at the edge of the stage then there Ko'ed . (so just get them in midair at the ledge of the stage)

Try to find the best time to use that Final Smash. One way it can be used is to keep foes from recovering.

It just gets to the point where I just grab the smash ball and use it up quickly so that the other guy can't use it for himself. It's that useless. If you're playing as Mario vs say, a space animal, try not to play with smash balls on.

If it's vs. a space animal or heavy character, throw them off and edgeguard with a bair or nair or something and use your FS to wall him out.

with Olimar just get right on top of them and they'll b stuck to the floor, easy kill too

I've noticed that it'll drag most people to their deaths if they have at least 50% and if you catch them in the air. Also, it's consideribly easier to use on smaller stages and you can easily drag people to their deaths on stages with walkoff areas like Bridge of Eldin.

A little hop goes a long way.

Short jump before you use it. To get the BEST results, try to line up your opponents when you do it.
