File locations and 'common3_en' troubleshooting

Issue solved. Simply had to rename it or get riivolution, still not sure what the main difference is between Gecko OS and riivolution at enabling hacks to work, but w/e.

This question still applies though.
Also, is there a comprehensive guide/thread on where all files are supposed to be properly named and located in files?

Try naming it common3.pac instead of commen3_en.pac
