There are many 'gameplay enhancing' devices that allow you to obtain darkrai. one example is pokesav. You can also make it so that there is no difference between the legit darkrai from japan and the artificially created darkrai from any other country. Except from moral points of views of course. But a Darkrai is a Darkrai.
