What are your favorite kinds of cuisine?

Not to sound biased, but it's true for me (since I'm Asian):
1. Chinese - Too much good stuff to list
2. Japanese - Sushi, etc.
3. Korean - Kimchi, udon and the like
4. Vietnamese - Pho
5. Italian - pasta is amazing
