Didn't see a lot of anime related posts. Anime fans unite! In this thread, that is.
So what's your favorite anime and why do you like it?
I've been watching anime for about 6 years now, and I can easily say my favorite anime is Gurren Lagann. The characters are built perfectly, the world and story are beautiful. I bawled my eyes out at the end and I'm not afraid to admit it. I can watch it repeatedly without getting bored with it. I just really love Gurren Lagann.
As for anime movies, Castle in the Sky is my favorite. I love the sense of adventure and the artwork is breathtaking.
