Faster upsmash?

You know how Luigi's upsmash hit boxes come out and are stronger at the back(I think)? Well I was messing around in friendlies by walking forwards then turning around and hitting up on the c-stick in order to hit with it faster. I know you can run and upsmash but with walking you have more options with crawldash, dsmash, jab and fsmash.

Is this in anyway useful, or just to slow to work or... something?

Not sure if this works with Usmash but this vid shows how you can increase the range of a smash by pivoting, not if it would work for this though.

The hitbox for Luigi's Usmash first comes out behind Luigi, so yeah it'd be faster; the same thing applies to Mario as well. Also, to do a reverse hyphen smash just run, pivot, buffer the pivot into a jump, and buffer the jump into an Usmash; not hard to do other than buffering the jump into an Usmash.

Just think of it like canceling one motion into another, example: buffering a jump into an aerial would be just using an aerial straight out of a jump.
