Faster Melee Netplay build help

Hey guys, I've been using the latest Faster Melee build with Slippi and it works great, even with other games, but every time I try and paste in a new gecko code and save the config file when I reopen the config file to paste in a new code, all previous codes disappear except for their names and whether they're enabled or not. To be specific I'm using a vanilla 1.02 ntsc iso as well as a 20xx 4.07++ iso and I'm trying to apply ucf.
