Fast Brawl?

So people say Brawl is too slow for tournament play.... then why not just hold "Fast Brawl" tournaments? that would solve the problem of matches being "boring to watch", "slow" and "requiring no skill" since fast brawl requires much faster reflexes. Just wanted to bring this subject back into circulation , and see what your guys' opinions on it are have a good day everyone!

The problem isn't the speed. It's the techniques that allow for extremely defensive play. And people have tried using different modes for Brawl, but it didn't work.
