There are some characters I literally never play lol.

1- Falco (95% of my playtime)
2- Puff (4.5%)
3- Marth (.4%)
4- Pichu (.1%)

I don't really use anyone else in Melee. In PM I use Ivy/Lucas sometimes.

Tournament ready:
1- Fox
2- Falco

Pretty good but I don't care enough:
3- Captain Falcon

Decent:
4- Marth
5- Sheik

Playable in friendlies:
6- Mewtwo
7- Roy
8- Puff
9- Zelda
10- Kirby

Pretty bad:
Most of the rest of the cast

Will not play:
Young Link, Bowser, Climbers, Peach in ascending order of my loathing for playing as them

As for my playtime recently it's probably 70% Fox, 20% Falco, 5% Falcon, 2% Marth, 2% low tiers, 1% Sheik.

But don't even get me started on my SD remix Mewtwo

Also it's funny if I were to answer a year to eight months ago the list would be completely different
