I'd say Falco's chances of returning depend on how important to the series. Unfortunately, the only Starfox game I have played is the dinosaur one so I can't help you there, but if Sakurai can come up with a new moveset for him then I don't see why he shouldn't be in again. Doesn't he have like some sort of cannon on his arm now? Maybe that could be implemented (apologies if he doesn't and I'm getting mixed up with someone else)?
