... Laser Lock works on most characters, Bowser wasn't nerfed.

Just don't forget to tech. And certainly don't hope that a Falco is there, WAITING for you to miss a tech so he can Laser Lock you.

Why would anyone remain on the ground long enough to be laser-locked(or not tech and just avoid it completely)?
It won't be "patched" as that would mean either bringing thunder-combos back or removing the laser's knockback. I don't see them making characters laying on the ground invincible either as you could stall a match( and it would make not teching a good thing).
