Falcon Neutral MU's

Alright, so since I can't really play competitively without travelling a good way, I never really get a chance to work on my neutral consistently. Which means it's by far my worst skill in this game. But what I do know, is that there's no one good way of getting in all the time. And I was thinking, there's probably better ways of getting in on different characters. But I don't know the difference. But you guys probably do.

So, if you guys can give me a little one or two sentence explanation on each of these match ups, that'd be sick.
