Falco vs. Puff critique pls <3

I watched the first set. Falco is easy to shield grab if you don't delay your aerials. By doing so, the hitstun will last longer on your opponent's shield and therefore they cannot shield grab until later frames, allowing you to shine them first.

It seemed like in the last two matches of the set you weren't getting grabbed / rested as much, and you did a lot better.

Also - Zomg, Falco kills Jiggs off the top fast in PAL.

Uhm I think I usually DO delay my aerials, but I might be wrong and sometimes I just rush in throwing out a Nair/Dair too early :O

Why are you even bothering to dair shine a jigg's shield anyway? Not really worth doing because you risk a rest combo and the most you'll get if you do it right is one hit. To pressure jiggs you want to do a dair and have it land behind jiggs and then waveshine away. She can't really do anything against that if you space it right. Also, space deep backairs against jigg's shield and those can't be shield grabbed. If you happen to misspace a downair and land in front of jiggs, do a shinegrab. Basically you wanna do really safe pressure against jiggs because dair shines don't give you the possibility of a fat combo like if you were playing a fox/falco/marth/sheik and therefore arent worth the risk of getting punished.

At some percentages a shine is quite useful because you can connect another shine or Uair and kill Jiggs off the top. I remember Mango saying that Jiggs can't do nothing if you pressure her shield the right way, I dunno why. Maybe her options out of shield suck and if you pillar her from behind she has to roll away.
What do you mean with "deep" Bairs? You mean the strong hit? I already do that but sometimes I mess up and I get shield grabbed, so yeah, I need to practice more xP

if u pillar her from behind she can upsmash of sheild and at low percents if u di the upsmash bad (and u will cuz it surprises the hell out of you) they can rest you.

jiggs players should do it more.

yea if you do late aerials all the time, the jiggs can upsmash u after the shine its mega gay.

once again mixups are key. Dont ever just stick to one thing.
