help me/how am i on my:
a) tech skill
b) mind games (@_@ yea i know i need to work on it )
c) and my lasers, do you think i laser too much, or too less?

I like your Falco. I approve of your playing on FD in the first set, and you play pretty smoothly overall. Your lasers are used very well, and you camp with them nicely. On a negative note, your spike to shine combos seemed stiff at times and both you and your opponent did not take full advantage of many situations where you can punish each other for mistakes.

I see at times where you're dropping down from platforms or you're jumping or something...! You can shoot "reverse" lasers before landing on the lower platform or ground (remember that shooting lasers while dropping off the life platform after losing a life is a good way to come back in).

You seem to make a lot of nice choices, so all I can say is keep playing to improve your mindgames.

yea, about the reverse SHL while falling... i just have some problems, sometimes i'm too afraid i'll phantasm.. and that might cost a stock, or.. sometimes instead of falling through, falco will just do continuous crouching.. i think my analog is a little messed up (no johns)

something i notice you do alot which isnt really that big of a deal, when you get knocked off stage by marth in the 1st vid you always used a second jump, thats not necessarily a bad thing but there were a few times you jumped right in his tipper range, some times if your at a lower percet its better to just go straight to firebird or phantasm if your dead on with the ledge, if that makes sense, good falco though!

bleh :\ idk, i usually don't uair that much? i noticed that i do against marths, idk why (i hate fighting marths >.>)

Afkwhore. Ummm you should avoid those fsmashes, they kill you. And your edgeguarding could use some tweaking up.

jeez im new to this forum, but old on melee. i just seem to notice that my playing style doesnt give me a headache like other peoples.. im not inexperienced and i can play to win , and im really not disrespecting you cos you're an awesome player.. but is the constant lazering and stuff a good way of playing? cos im quite calm when i play, as in waiting for them to come, dodge, strike, move, but im not as fast as i see all of these youtubers.

any tips for me ?

well, like.. yea :$ I mean, lasering alot is falco's big thing, he is the best approacher in the game BECAUSE of his lasers I don't wanna go into detail about all the things you should do with falco because

a) i'm not the best falco
b) if you really wanna learn more just go check out the falco guide that is stickied.

one thing about MY falco, sometimes i'm just trying to show-off too much, and that usually gets me killed :\ for example: when i kill somebody, sometimes i might attempt jc shines, and if i mess up and they spawn, that might kill me (expecially against a marth -.-)

but yea, if you want tips for falco, just check out that guide, and from me.. i guess just work on tech. skill (wavedash, shl etc.) and just play with people you know, don't play with the computer ^^; and if your friend's aren't that good, try to get em better lol


another thing, after re-reading your post... you said you like to play calm, and wait for them to come to you. Yea, that's just being defensive.. there's nothing wrong with that, but with falco definately don't just sit there and wait, you have a laser, the most useful projectile in the game :$ learn how to SHL, and you could just laser camp, make them come to you, while your still racking up SOME damage with your laser :]
