I'm sure they aren't exactly the same. It's got to be difficult to come up with over 30 unique final smashes, so it isn't a huge surprise that some of them are similar.
If Wolf ends up being in the game, I'm interested in seeing what his moves/FS are. I'm sure they wouldn't have 2 Fox clones.

About the only difference I see so far is tha Falco has 2 blasters instead of the 1 (at least he does in one of the SSE trailers). Not sure about Ness yet.
But still...come on Sakurai, you could've at least given them different FS's if anything.

But why would you want more, original characters over such thrilling concepts as stickers, coin tosser, and all that music. What would we do without 5 songs per stage?

The single reason why I'm so pissed about this is the fact that Ness and Falco had PK Rockin' and any other vechicle repsectivly, yet they get almost carbon copies of Lucas and Fox's final smashes.

That really sucks even if they were clones they could have at least come up with a different final smash.

Is it me, or ness final smash looks quite different, look at the left meteor, it's like moving a little bit towards left. maybe his final smash is a little bit more unstable with the meteors direction.
