Falco Footstools?

So random thoughts:
- Using foostool after low percent shine on floaties? They tend to go higher than your FH + DJ -> FF so you have to straight Dair. What about using short foostool -> FF -> Dair?

- Random mixups while approaching, pretty sure you can get footstool -> shine on most characters which can lead to some lolzy stuff.

Actually, there are some characters that falco can't footstool. Off the top of my head, I can tell you that Ike nor Charizard can be ft'ed. Something about their footstooled animations affects it. Interesting to note is that depending on what direction your opponent is facing when they are footstooled affects the amount of frames you have for a shine. I'll say with certainty that of the spacies, Wolf ft --> shine works on every character, difficulty depending on specific characters.
