Before you read this, you should note that this is escapable if the opponent techs the ground. This is my first thread that i made and i hope it helps. yesterday i was fooling around and realized that if you do a rising fair on characters at lower % (40-50) you can continue it into a dtilt lock. what you do is a rising fair and continue to move foward in the air. You should land right next to opponent when they do the bounce. when you do a rising fair you should land with no lag, so you should be able to buffer a dtilt. when the opponent bounces start to use the dtilt they should be locked. idk if this helps or is new, but it's something that i like to do.

sad part is i don't have any vids, but why don't you try it yourself and see if it works.

Edit: can someone make a video for me?
it's not a hard thing to do.

Although a good combo to pull off, it's extremely risky because fAiring an opponent on the ground 9 times out of 10 results in being shield-grabbed.

Especially without the proper spacing. And if you have to continue to push forward for this to work then... :\

I never get sheild grabbed when I fair, especially since I use is carefully. If you do it at the right time it hits and is awesome.

Who approaches into a shield with fair? If they're shielding, you have nair or just not aerialling and crossing them up.

Fair is best used when you're SHing away and they're following, though that doesn't happen often, and it has other uses.
