If melee wasn't the super successful competitive game that it is today, sm4sh wouldn't even be going to evo, so quit whining when people get upset over sm4sh taking too much time

Oh, I guarantee you Smash would still have a competitive scene even if Melee wasn't the technical accident it was. The fact that Brawl of all games managed to have the success it did during its time (even outclassing Melee's numbers for a few years) is proof of that.
