Thanks to 3GOD for all of his frame data:
I am going to compile a list of true combos, good linkable attack, and possibly good leads to a smash attack for a kill.
One thing that i need, however, is one more piece of frame data. I need someone to test the hit stun on somebody if a certain attack connects. Also, if someone can test the frame advantage with a perfect shield, and your disadvantage. The sooner i get these bits of info, the sooner my project will be complete.

As of now, just by looking at the frame data, these are the things i have come up with:

Silent Laser---> Jab Cancel ---> Grab
Could be a good way to start the chain grab, simple rack up same damage and possibly link a grab to other attacks. Looking at the data, it suggests that, if done correctly and fast enough, this should be inescapable, making it a "true combo". Who knew they existed.

What do you mean by the disadvantage in the perfect shield?
Aren't you able to immediately attack out of it?
And if so, couldn't you gatling to a utilt to an fsmash (Just thinking this up, I have no such time for testing)?

I mean the disadvantage of you, as the falco, having your attack perfect shielded, and how many frames you are open to attack before anything can be done.
