Moveset:
B-Pistol Whip
B UP- Shoots upward
B Down-Does a split that trips people
B HORIZONTAL- Stands up straight, then falls down to body slam them.
A-Pimp Slaps
A Down-Slaps downward
A up-*Sings Nasty Girl* and every falls asleep right by him.
A Horizontal- Kicks in that direction
Final Smash- Turns Platinum since he has had many platinum records. He has no disadvantage, but His attacks are stronger. He sings a part of his hit single Big Poppa, and everyone on stage falls asleep. The Platinum effect is like the Zero Suit Samus effect, it remains the game is over.

Onyx is right. I've said it on the Top 10 list you've said. Biggie Smalls never appeared in a video game. He was a music star, nothing much more. In total, even Master Cheif of Halo has a better chance then Biggie. And MC hasn't even appeared on a Nintendo Console.
