Every fighter's debut in the Smash series by Ultimate's fighter number

Surprisingly no one else has quite done this. A compilation of every proper debut for a fighter in the series up to Ultimate's penultimate fighter Kazuya. This follows the logic of the fighter number's order of when they were introduced to the series, so Smash 64's intro seemed to fit the original 8 the best in that regard though I know it's also the CSS and chronological order of the characters. And because no one else would, I also included all the alt costume characters that technically make Smash's roster even bigger. Yes, even the Nana-controlling alts of the Ice Climbers; everyone else is here, man!
