European IRC channel (aka chat room)

After a discussion in this topic, we dicided to have a channel on Quakenet, to discuss further stuff regarding the european super smash bros scene.

Information about the channel:

server: Quakenet (for example irc.quakenet.org)
channel name: #EuropeanSmash

You can also use the qnet webchat if you dont have an IRC client:
http://webchat.quakenet.org/
Enter your nickname and #EuropeanSmash

I hope to see many european smashers there.


Stuff about irc:
Commands (you can enter these commands to do some sort of action like changing your nick)

/nick <whatever> -> changes your nickname e.g. /nick Tero|away
/join #<channelname> -> you can join another channel e.g. /join #GSB
/part #<channelname> -> you will leave the channel

Misc. Stuff

@ in front of a nick e.g. @Slhoka shows that the person is an operator (short: op) in this channel, which means he is responsible for the channel and may kick or ban you if you spam/flame/whatever

This chat is a good idea And i will be there when i'm on my computer.

But i really think we need an European Site. By the way Tero, when would you like to have this discussion ? (Sunday at the end of the afternoon looks fine to me).

K well I guess I'll join this soon but someone tell me what is wrong with the hub we already have. It's mostly inactive so we can have all the discussion we want over there without much interference. And most off us have already set it up.

The European Smash chatroom is really a good idea. It was really good talking to other smash players In Europe (tero: your jigglypuff is really good). So is it same time next week?
