First of all I'm trying to use Project M through the homebrew channel and Gecko. I did a clean install of Project M, no other mods or textures were installed. When I try and load it up through Gecko it says there's too many codes and just loads regular brawl. The GCT I'm using is the 'Full Set' version of the Project M download page.

Any way I can get some help with this?

EDIT: Actually, now that I did some more research it appears I'm somehow missing the gameconfig.txt file. Could anyone be so kind as link me to it so I don't have to spend a year redownloading the whole Project M zip on a crappy internet connection?

I'm not at a place where I can upload things right now, but just open notepad and paste this in it:

RSB?01:
codeliststart = 80570000
codelistend = 80580000
poke(800042B8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9930, 4BFECA1D, 803E9930, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E99A8, 4BFECA1D, 803E99A8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9D5C, 4BFECA1D, 803E9D5C, 60000000)

Save it, call it gameconfig.txt, put it at the root of your SD card. it hsould work.
