Does anybody know if you can get an equip back that you obtained through a challenge after you have sold that equip? For instance, I want the Auto-Healer Brawn Badge back that you obtain by completing 100-Man Smash.

At this time, I believe the only way to get equipment is from random drops in smash run and classic mode. Weather Auto-healer can show up on random equipment, I couldn't tell you.

I've heard rumors that they'll be patching in an equipment shop on 11/21 when the Wii U version comes out, but I can't find a source to confirm it.

You can sell your equipment for gold if you want, though that's pretty redundant when you can earn gold by doing Smash Run or any other game mode.
