So right when everything is moving smoothly in the world of Pokemon. Life is grand our hero jigglypuff finds to beat her foes with such great ease beating the icon himself Mario...ok peach is very hard for me to beat got any tips hints tricks and gimps I can use to fight off the queen of the mushroom kingdom?

Just keep ledge guarding! You'll have to do like 5-8 of them for her not to recover, but it's so worth to see a peach be ledge guarded.
You have to play defensively and when you can punish, punish to the ledge and ledge guard!!! Not much to say. Bad MU, and you have to look for punishes and combos.

Peach and rosalina are extremely weak to sourspot fair into rest. Like... it's hilarious how easy it is.

Peach does outrange her in pretty much every way, though we have the....longer duration/laggier ariels, but we have several disjoints and very good KO power, edge guarding us wont be too hard, but if we do it from below and UpB its best to try and hit us from the side, or dont bother because it has so much priority and knockback.

You have the superior air speed, so thats great for you, and you can chain your ariels much better.

Because of how light you are, some of our general not reliable KO moves will become somewhat reliable
Uair, Utilt, Ftilt, etc.

You guys are tough to edge guard, but we at least would have a slightly easier time compared to most other characters, difficult, but possible.
Dair pressure is almost not gonna happen because you NEVER stay grounded long enough -.-

Both of us can space our moves quite well and it can be hard to punish either.

Overall I think its most likely 60:40 though 55:45 is definatly possible.
Not too hard for either.
