emulators and roms

Does anyone know where i can get a Winkawaks emu and roms that works? I would also love to get a neogeoRAGE emu and roms that works? So if you could give me the links to where to download them i would very much appreciate it! Thanks!

yeah, actually i'm not sure if emulators themselves are illegal, they're so easy to find. Roms and ISOs are definately illegal though.

emulators can always conveniently point to the fact that public-domain games for old systems are made to be played on them (not to mention 1) provisions in copyright law for backups which would be useless without a reasonably convenient way to actually use said backups and 2) the stated goals of projects like mame which are far from shady); hence, they're no big deal
