Editing Brawl+ (4.1)

Alright, I really wish I didn't have to make a whole thread for this, but I've been looking to turn on/off some codes on the most current official build of Brawl+ (so not the nightlys) and have been unable to do so because the txt is nowhere to be found. Does anyone have it lying around on their computers who can post it here?

I can honestly say, that I have been looking for the last week, and everyone has pointed me to brawlplus.whatever and it only has the gct for the official build.
