Ediding All-Star and Classic Mode

Hello, I'm new here and I was wondering how I could do the following in Project M's All-Star and Classic Mode since Bowser's Castle crashes outside Vs. Mode, Training Room is not fit for battle, and various other reasons.
I want to.
Remove Bowser Castle
Remove Training Room
Add Melee and 64 Stages
How would I do that? Any help would be appreciated.

If you just want to remove Bowser's Castle and the Training room, you can just remove the .pac and corresponding .rel files from your SD card. If you want to add other stages, you'll have to try to find pre-existing stage files on the internet or learn to make them yourself.
