When I play Falco, I use a lot of edgehop lasers. this can stop an opponent trying to knock you back off quite effectively espeially if you're smart. eg. phantasm stall > invincibility frame double laser > grab.

However lately I've been experimenting with lasers and found a few uses with them I don't really use all that much. Of course I'm not the first person to use most of these, but anyway....

1. laser > pillar to pressure shields > grab
2. laser > shffl nair
3. laser > shine > jc grab
4. BACKWARDS laser to edgeguard eg. full jump > triple laser > edgehog > edgehop double laser backwards.
5. using backwards edgehop lasers to save your ally in teams.

Those are some things I've been using the edgehop lasers for. Comments and constructive critcism appreciated.

reverse ledge hop double lasers aren't very efficient because if the person is at that height their either 1) going to die anyway or 2) will make to the edge before you can regrab. But whatever :)

I tend to not spam ledge games because I like to live :)

that's true, but what I was thinking would be a backwards laser edgehop, land on the stage, shffl dair. even if they make it back, they get spiked. good point though, that's something that has to be taken into consideration.

qft. If you're just even a bit off with the timing, you can easily be punished with a forward smash from virtually anyone (especially the shorter characters. pichu fsmash anyone?), which usually results in a death.

I tell this to my little brother all the time. Don't play on the edge. Our suicide numbers from messing around with returns or just stalling on the edge are insane. They may look flashy, but you can pay the price. Practice mode offers a nice place where you aren't under pressure =D

Well if you aim to be a top falco you should be able to do everything that Milos listed competently. However the edgehop double laser backwards isn't that important of a technique and not really useful to learn.
