Edgeguard on Ness

What is the the best/optimal way to edgeguard Ness/Lucas?

BF into the stage seems to work best for me. Since the second hit of BF has an increased Hitbox size.

yea air needles are always good offstage as you can combo into bouncing fish which can kill.
