I'm in an argument with my buddy. He's saying in some tournaments including "the big ones" that edge guarding is banned from tournaments and I said bs. What is the official say on this?

but if your not, no edgeguarding is very much legal

he probably got it mixed up with large tournament having ledge grab limits, which isnt there to limit edgeguarding, but to limit edge camping
