I'm up for this... Very cool to only use low tiers
Since we have the 50 people Hamachi rooms, it should be very easy... Everybody should get Hamachi and make p2p meetings and matches very simple.

There are only 6 frames of delay between Spain and the US ¬¬ and i think Spain is the most delayed here. UK-US shouldn't be more than 4 frames on p2p.

I usually have 6 or less frames on p2p.

And most of smashers are used to play at 5 frames in EGX with Good connection.

I understand that low tier chars are all but Pika, Fox, Falcon and Kirby right? (I think Ness should be here too, but i don't mind)

If that's it this tourney should be really interesting. I'll post later if i join or not. I have changes in work's schedule this week.

I'm trying Mupen64k and it seems definitely much better with high delay. I played well with american players on p2p, much better than with Project.

Download Isai's Mupen pack (he has the link on his latest online videos)

I'm from south america, so I don't know how that counts. I played with people from europe and central/north america with 7-8 frames delay with P2P, which was merely acceptable for me.
