How often does it cause others to trip? Is it reliable or is it dependent on damage or is it just some out of the blue kind of thing?

I'm pretty sure it isn't 100% but it (random guess here) might be around 1 out of 5.
It seems like it might be more than just 1 out of 5. It may vary alot, but I tested it for a short time in training against Mario. Once, starting with Mario at 0%, It didn't trip the first time, then it did for 6 straight times, then it didn't, and finally 3 more times before it started hitting Mario off the ground. I'm not sure how many dtilts can be done before it starts doing this (with Mario). If it's onlly 11, then I got 9 of 11 (if it's more than 11, it would be 9 out of that number).
