Dracovish, a good fit for a playable character enough to Join Smash?

Do you think that Dracovish might be a good fit for a playable character enough to join Smash? Why?

I think he would be a good fit for smash since it would be another character who doesn't use arms in it's attacks after Piranha Plant. Also we don't have any fossil and gen 8 pokemon in our roster.

Any character can be made an interesting fighter.

Dracovish is just unlikely because despite its popularity as a competitive powerhouse, it's not exactly a marketing icon.

I would also thought that the reason Dracovish is an unlikely fighter for Smash is also because I thought it would look or feel extremely out of place running crazy in movement and look any weird and funny due to its extremely giant fish head and draconic dinosaur tail and hind legs for its upper and lower body, and I would think it would fade into obscurity, that’s all.
