I am a new young smasher and I want to learn the game. I'm better than all my "Casual friends" But can't dream to beat my "Competitive friends" I want to learn how to be more competitive.

It's a YouTube channel that is centered around smash brothers. It stopped posting however around two years ago. Either way, it still has a lot of content that remains relevant to this day. Also I would really recommend checking out the push block gaming analysis of Kirby in ultimate. It goes really in depth and covers the entirety of his move set.

$.A.F. made some good suggestions, personally i would add MVG and and Pushblock Gaming to the list. They post some good in-depth analysis of the characters in Ultimate (Pushblock made one for Kirby back in October, here)
